I would say today’s eats were another win for 80% clean!

Breakfast: Baked oatmeal + plain Greek yogurt
Morning Snack: Apple
Lunch: Leftover American chop suey + homemade baked pita chips + carrots, cucumbers, and green peppers
Afternoon Snack: 3 small Cookie Butter cookies (the last of the batch, which were just staring at me from the counter, begging to be eaten as I worked on a new recipe – coming soon!)
Dinner: Pork chop cooked in tomato basil sauce with roasted green beans and a slice of wheat ciabatta bread (I didn’t eat that little mound of brown rice… wasn’t feeling it.)
Evening Snack: Chewy banana honey oat square (recipe here, from LoveEatRun) with dark chocolate chips and skim milk
On to day three!!

Did you like the chewy oat squares??
I loved them!! After I hit publish on this post, I went back for another square… haha needless to say, I don’t think they’ll last too long. They were so easy to make too! Thanks for the recipe!
