Kind Of Over it

I didn’t really feel like working out, didn’t feel like cooking, didn’t feel like blogging… I guess that happens sometimes. It’s nice to not live by a schedule for a couple days and just relax. It sort of reenergizes me and helps me refocus.
Staying out of the gym for a few days makes me excited to get back there tomorrow, and since my fridge is fully stocked again, it will be nice to cook up some good meals this week. I already have some ideas in mind!
Some of this week’s grocery haul:
{whole wheat bagel slims, whole wheat cinnamon raisin bread, jelly beans!, chocolate vitabrownies, corn vitatops, kashi cinnamon oat cereal, kashi go lean crisp, eggs, 1% milk}
{vanilla chobani, pepperjack cheese sticks, ground turkey, boneless porkchops, chicken breasts}
{blackberries, strawberries, apples, bananas, grapefruit, mango, kiwi, pears}
{butternut squash, green beans, spring mix/spinach, red+green peppers, cucumbers, zucchini}
Some of this weekend’s eats:

{smoothie: french vanilla protein powder, plain Chobani yogurt, pineapple-orange juice}
{sautéed chicken, peppers, and onions with sundried tomato basil spread in a grilled whole wheat pita}
Tonight’s meal was super easy – and super delicious! I cooked up a sliced chicken breast in a pan with olive oil, then added sliced zucchini, red peppers, sweet basil tomato sauce, and a little water, and simmered for about 15 minutes:
I’m off to make tomorrow’s lunch, listen to Billy’s baseball game on the radio, and relax a little more before Monday morning gets here. Oh, and probably have another one of these babies:
