Fitspiration: Black & White Edition

I had quite a bit of stuff to run through in my post last night, so I decided to wait until today to post some Fitspiration for the week.  Now I’m kind of glad I did because I think I’m going to need it today!

I don’t know what’s up with me, but I’ve just felt generally run down for the past week or so – and it has continued today.  I feel tired and have a slight headache, despite getting a good amount of sleep last night and this weekend.  Hopefully lots of water, fresh air, and good eats can cure me.  The weather is supposed to be beautiful all week, so I’m definitely going to try to take advantage of it as much as I can!

I started off a week of good eats with a yogurt bowl for breakfast: Plain Chobani, strawberries, blackberries, chia seeds, and Kashi cinnamon oats + Barbara’s high fiber cranberry cereals.

For some reason, all of today’s pictures ended up having something in common, so I hope you enjoy this special B&W edition.  I’m definitely going to try and make some of the quotes my mantras for the week to hopefully help me overcome this groggy feeling and get back to business as usual!  I hope you can do the same! :-)
