This workout was inspired by Julie’s Jump Rope workout. I find jumping rope to be fun and effective, albeit somewhat frustrating at times. This workout has you working as hard as you choose to push yourself and gets a good bit of both cardio and core work in in a relatively short amount of time.
I do each move for 1 minute, resting for 30 seconds after each group of two exercises.
