White Chocolate Oreo Bark

(Adapted from This Recipe)

I’ve made this recipe a few times now, and I think it’s certainly going to become a staple because everyone seems to love it! It’s incredibly simple, and could be customized for any given holiday with colored candies on top.  You could also add many other things to it like nuts, caramels, chocolate chips, etc.

  • Approximately 30 Oreos, broken into medium sized chunks
  • 1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Approximately 1-1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla

  1. Line sides and bottom of a ceramic baking dish (I used a larger one so that the bark was not as thick) with wax paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray
  2. Cover bottom of dish with 1/2 of the Oreos
  3. In a medium saucepan over very low heat, cook milk, butter, and chips, stirring constantly, until chips are completely melted
  4. Removed from heat and stir in vanilla
  5. Pour over Oreos in baking dish
  6. Top with remaining Oreos and gently press down into chocolate
  7. Chill covered until completely cool
  8. Carefully flip baking dish over to pop out the bark and peel away the wax paper
  9. Cut into small squares and serve
